The fee that we receive is payable by the Conveyancer and will not be charged to you.

Any advice given to you by the Conveyancer will be independent and you are free to raise questions on all aspects of the Service with them.

Any information disclosed by you to the Conveyancer will not be disclosed to us unless you consent.

This quotation is made on the basis that a Home Information Pack (HIP) is available for the property. If a HIP is not available, the conveyancer will have to order additional searches which are not included in the above quotation. In such cases, the fee for our Search Service will be £250.00.
